Policies
Late Fees
If you are running behind, please make every effort to communicate with me as soon as possible. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, clients will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes until 30 minutes past the intended start time has elapsed (especially with no communication). At that point, your session will be canceled and all deposits made will not be refunded.
No Shows
In the event that you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without cancelling prior, you will be invoiced. Failure to pay invoice within appropriate time frame could result in you not being able to book with CamThePhotog In the future.
Consultations
Within an hour of submitting your booking request, CamThePhotog will email you a Zoom link to schedule your consultation. Clients will have up to 24 hours to confirm a consultation day and time. If no correspondence is made by the client within this time, your booking request will be voided.
Guests
Up to two assistants are permitted in a session. Requests for extra guests must be made and approved during the project consultation. Guest approvals are not guaranteed. Children and animals are not permitted inside of the studio unless they are a part of the project session.
Hair & Makeup
Please arrive to your appointment with makeup and hair done. If you are in need of a professional makeup artist or Hairstylist please go to the FAQ's Page concerning this topic for more information.
Creative Directing
Creative direction is offered to clients upon request during the project consultation. This service will include a full studio space. If you request this service, please book your shoot at least two weeks ahead of your desired shoot date to ensure thorough planning of concept and acquisition of any needed wardrobe pieces. This service gives CamThePhotog creative control over your project and will come with a comprehensive mood-board including the creative concept and direction for hair, makeup, wardrobe, and jewelry. All mood-boards will be sent within 7 days after your booking with a consultation link to discuss the concept in detail. From that point, clients will have approximately 7-10 days to acquire all wardrobe items discussed in consultation to bring on the day of the project. Should the client have any issue with acquiring materials, I am available to help.
Turnaround time
turnaround time is normally within 10 business days. Weekends are not included. Some projects may take longer based on the demand of the job and will be discussed during the project consultation.
Travel
Clients are responsible for all travel and lodging fees. Such fees include flights, commute to & from shoot location, and any transportation costs during my stay. All travel & lodging costs/fees are separate from the cost of the shoot. Travel logistics will be discussed during the consultation. Should you choose to shoot at a location other than Either studio, travel fees will be added to the remaining balance.
